In the new Sign & Portents (nº 52) there are new rules for playing the ACW on the rivers.
Being that one of my favourite gaming options, I would like to know the differences between Iron Thunder and Victory on the Rivers, the one I use now.
Were they developped by the same team?
It´s interesting to learn a new rules set or VotR is enough good?
