Currently only the entry for Combat Implants in the benefit section has a page number to the corresponding chapter in the equipment section (and erroneously says chapter 99 instead of page 99).
Can the other benefits (weapons, vehicles, etc.) also show the page number where they are located (and in the PDF you can even have a hyperlink there).
