well looking at your ships. the victory and adira are right for armageddon, the brivioki maybe just in the bottom end as only just A worthy, the rest of the A ships are not worth it.
the whitestar carrier is a good warship, dont think it will stand upto other warships if its fighter complement gets killed but isnt too bad for its level. the g'vrahn another good warship definately. the vree and drazi i'm not too sure of as war level vessels, altho the vree one is good its low crew etc will let it down. the whitestar gunship and liati should both be at battle level tops, altho even then the whitestar would need more crew.
as for your examples of battle level ships, its about time a big ship could take on the lessers, the victory prob could take on them due to adaptive armour, the adira possibly could because of its GEG but then you only need a couple of hits from a DD weapon to overwhelm the GEG, or any 6s on the damage chart ignore it as well, with lots of dice from 3 Novas you would overwhelm it, nad just try to stay in one arc. the victory stands up better to multiple hits from big guns due to halving all damage the GEG isnt so good versus that. if an octurion fires on a vic it will get about 4 hits generally doing 4 damage, against the Adira it causes 5 damage and dont forget that the crits will do damage too that isnt halved like the victory.
IMO the victory is top of the A class ships, with the adira coming close 2nd but it needs lucky crits to beat the vic. also the adira is quite slow at getting all its secondaries into range and has one of the shortest range main weapons of all the new A ships.
