HYPERION NAMES AND #'s

There's also the Trafalgar and Alamo, both from the Griffon Games decal sheet which has the names and numbers of all the canon Hyperions and Omegas from B5 (but misses some from the films and Crusade). I'd be guessing about the numbers other than for the Lexington and Hyperion (both 21).

As for the EAS Excalibur, there's also the Omega class destroyers Delphi and Nemesis which are, of course, also other ship classes (and presumably names of the first of those launched).

In the second close-up the newscaster says 'The Excalibur and Schwartzkopf have been hit allowing the Alexander to escape.' And we see two Omegas and a Hyperion, and one of the Omegas is hit.

To be fair, we cant always rely on what we see on screen... The Agrippa/Roanoke confusion is a classic example.

The Schwartzkopf was a Nova just a season earlier. It's either decomissioned or refitted into an Omega then? :?

@ KONNOC:
Then will you name a Hyperion Excalibur?

Tricky one. While I'd love to use the Excalibur as a Hyperion name... it just dosen't feel right if you know what I mean. The whole use of Arthurian terminology sticks well with the original Victory class destroyers since they are after all on a "crusade" after the Drakh attack..... I think I'm going to have to skip using it on a Hyperion model.
