How much are minis worth to you?

I remember a while back thinking that a lot of people complained about the price of MGP figures (possibly due more to the smaller nature?), and yet have noticed that several companies people refer to here charge nearly the same amount per figure. This has me wondering what people generally consider to be a good value. Let's consider a 28mm figure. Obviously quality matters, so we'll say high quality in terms of pose/mold lines, etc.

How much would you spend, per figure, on unpainted 28mm models?

How much for prepainted?

I felt the price for a squad box of MGP BF:Evo minis was decent enough as they were saving me the effort of assembling and painting them - they worked out at around €28 for 8-10 figures, as opposed to 6 unpainted metal figures for Warmachine being in a similar price bracket.

I certianly wouldn't pay any more for plastic minis, but if I was getting unassembled/unpainted ones I'd want the price to be at least €5 cheaper.

Unpainted, I'd say £1-£2, cheaper than GW or Foundry. Remember, MGP used to use much less quality sculptors than both these manufacturers.
Painted, probably only 50p or so more. I seriously don't see the fascination with painted moderns.
SST maybe, but only a few ££ more.

Never had a problem with BFE price. I jumped all over the pre-painted.

Bought this for BFE.

If I want to paint my own I have these to work on.

And since BFE went prepaint, I purchased these, which will be around long after they dump the next version. Would have liked staying with prepaints ;-).
They had a great thing going, I have found other rules sets for the MGP minis, which helps ease the pain some.
