How Can We Attract New Players to MRQ2 and other D100 Games?

I think the ratio between sales and editing quality is overstated. The energy of the game concepts and ideas are really the 'quality' that fans pick up on. If you look at all the 1st edition WoD books, which were one of the fast selling phenomenas in RPG history, they are all released in playtest form essentially and are riddled with errors (at least two games are well nigh unplayable).

Which is the major reason I don't buy WoD products.

If Mongoose wants to sell their products based only on energy, more power to them
...but conceptual energy really isn't good enough for me nor was it good enough for my players.

To be clear, I really like MRQII. That's why I'm here. That's why I'm trying to move our Lankhmar game from AD&D.
I'll continue in my efforts to expose people to MRQII, but I'd like a little help from Mongoose.

A little more diligence in the editing department, and please play-test before releasing product.

I agree with the TrippyHippy. They could misspell every word in the book but if it's a great game and great concept, I wouldn't care.

Typos are one thing...although, personally, they drive me around the bend...but mistakes that need an errata or clarification are quite another.
