how bout that stealth for ACTA?

I'm still confused about how stealth works for bab5 ACTA. But here's how I understand it.....3+ means I have to get a 3 or higher in order to target the desired ship? Or is it like a dodge save where 3+ means a 3 or higher will save my butt? Even tho this is a heated topic, I still am not clear about how it works....

Correct. Each of your ships gets one roll against each of his. Declare your target, then roll. If you fail, you cannot fire, and the weapons CANNOT be targetted elsewhere. Also, any Slow-Loading weapons are assumed to have fired.
