Isn't this a bit too blunt for a Hiver operation ?

Probably a couple of K'kree who want to give Hivers a bad reputation ...

This is only a trick to make you think that there is a K'Kree impersonating us Hivers. That way you will become angry with them and not notice what we are up to. Ignore the thing that walked into the room behind you.

No, I will not be fooled by a K'kree who impersonates a Hiver who imper-
sonates a K'kree who impersonates a Hiver ! 8)

And what are those Ithklur up to ?

Hey, wait, I never ...

Yep, and the "Solomani Interstellar Enquirer" broadcasted that Hivers
keep living Ancients as prisoners to make dirty experiments with them
and to force them to cause supernovas !

How could we trust anything that makes such things ?

Report on Experiment #1284-a: the successful crossbreeding of a Solamani and Ithakur has successfully resulted in an Ithakur with a sense of humor. However the other results were unforseen. They produced several Solamani with no sense of humor. These other subjects strangely resemble Vilani stock of the Insterstellar Wars period. Must study this further.
Subnote: Now if we can convince the Ithakur with the sense of humor to stop playing practical jokes that involve high explosives and toilets, everything will be fine.

Further Subnote: Order more toilets for the lab.

On behalf of the Terran Branch of the Manipulations Club of Guaran: Greetings, M. Lydius Of Phoga, fellow Hiver and member of the Federation! :D

Thank you for your communication relating to further data sets and informational presentations. I am sure such a resource will be of the utmost use to all interested sophonts.

With regards to the claiming of this area for the HF, please be sure that you have followed local Embassy protocols and procedures, specifically the protocol and policy entitled "Manipulations and the Annexation of Extra-Territorial (Non-Hive Federation) Areas, Protocol IV (dated 1389/140)".

And please ensure you have your mop with you at all times.

Excellent. It is indeed an honor, Gruffty of Guaran. Your writings have become staples for citizens and new larvae everywhere.

While of course, we do not speak for the Federation Entire, or the mutual consensus of Nests and Embassies, we at least want to ensure that the Federation and its citizens are well represented, and that the cultural gaps and differences between governments can be bridged.

It is always our intent to follow all procedures, and defer to the consensus and wisdom of the Capital, as is the way of things.

The Nests and Technical Directive of Phoga stand ready to serve.

To Hivers:

Be on the lookout for Ithkur subject 212331-z. This Ithkur has decided that he will take his sense of humor involving high explosives and toilets to new heights. When last seen, he had obtained several nuclear weapons and a fast starship. With said starship subject was last seen heading into Imperial space. Last known comment was "The Emperor will get a bang out of this one." Believe idea for this one originated with Groth-kor-ne, from a world along the K'khree border. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT!

Sub-note: Groth-kor-ne if I ever get my pseudopods on you, I am going to beat you senseless and ship you to the Solomani Confederation as a high school science project in box marked "high school cafeteria food". DO NOT MESS WITH MY WORK AGAIN!

You're a cab ;)
(I've waited *years* to use that one! :D)

You have waited years to call me a "driver's cabin of a locomotive" ?

I admire the Hivers' patience, but I find them difficult to comprehend ... :?
