help!!! tatorial

hey ive had the starship troopers starterbox for months now, i never get around to making everything,but when i read the rules manual and the game seems really cool and interesting but i cant quiet grab the concept.... so can anyone plz make me a basic tatorial off a game(basic ruth through ) to cover all the rules and weapons and such with pictures and stuff, when EVO comes out (thank god for prepaint and builds ) im most likely going to do LAMI and my friend is thinking about starting and he will do bugs. can anyone help me?

According to new statements, prepaints will not happen.
A walk through is probably a bad idea as it could effect copyright.
Best I can offer is speak to a local member of the Mongoose Infantry demoteam.

..... .... ok lol thanks its sad to hear the pre paints are a no go, thats the only thing that would be able to keep me balanced in sst... and other games which i am not alowd to talk about. what are these demo teams you speak of do they come to your house and play a game? is there a cost?

I found the extra material in the box set was also very useful.

Expect not to get the game right the very first time you play. There are a llot of subtle tactics that are different for each race and how their armies are built. You'll pick that up over several games.

No prepaints on the horizon. If you have any prior model kit experience, you'll be able to knock out the contents of the box game in 2-3 sessions of cutting from sprues and assembly. My strong recommendation is to use the proper glue and it will make the work that much easier. I use a product called Plastruct Plastic weld that is a liquid solvent for ABS and styrene plastic.

ok thanks ya the MI in the starter box is hellishness to assemble i only got 3 assembled all in which shoulderpads too crooked, caf pokets upsideown not on rite area of leg. so ya if i do do anything its the LAMI

most likely i wont be getting in this cause i only have 1 friend interested and from what ive seen no hobby store in maryland has anyone playingit nor they dont have anything much to sell..... is anyone here from maryland?....

I'm not from Maryland, but I can agree with everything Goldwyrm said. Those were great ideas all around.

Keep this in mind. You only need one other person to try the game out with you.
