GW colour equilavents thanks, those are the ones I'm most familiar with :D

Black is easy enough but what green and white would be most accurate for the 2 colours?

Current thinking is camo green(though I was suggested catachan green) and bleached bone but maybe that white is still bright enough for skull white.

That's nice colour scheme and thanks to white will be different enough to Brits even with 6mm infantry so that's what my Russians will look like(well in colours anyway. Can't say same about quality  )

I believe that the camo green would be a good match. Vallejo has a camo green that would be maybe a little lighter. The bleached bone would be a good match.

Camo Green is far too light for that, and catachan is too dark. maybe a mix of Catachan and goblin green? I usually attain that shade of green by drybrushing catachan, then dark angel, then goblin.

That's a Soviet Euro Winter Armor Camo Pattern, I believe with 2 shades of camo green and a white.

You probably would get more direct references with Vallejo ModelColor, they have several Russian Camo Greens.

We are talking about 6mm models so elaborate colour schemes are not exactly most feasible answer...

Not sure how feasible it is to drybrush 3 colours of green for couple of hundred 6mm infantry and atleast over 100 vechiles

As for Vallejo: Can't get my hands on those. Unless somebody can point to UK based store that sells them online and doesn't require credit card but instead allows direct bank transfer...

Talking from far away, but won't this store help you out?

Whoops, missed the 6mm part. I'd experiment with mixing Catachan and Goblin Green then, probably about 70% Catachan vs 30% goblin should do the trick.
