How does one heal in this game since there are no healing and no stores selling potions of cure light wounds?

Or does one just rest after a hard battle and heal normally

It makes Stamina sort of useful as a feat.

bed rest, bandages, natural healing. Treat Injury still has Long Term care i'm betting. and your local sorceror/cult leader may become very popular if s/he has magic for healing.

The Heal skill has the ability to hasten healing rate, stabilize critically injured characters, and restore lost HP (in addition to other uses).

Characters in the Conan RPG also heal much faster than other d20 settings I've seen.

A character who is at 0 HP can recover 1 HP by drinking a flagon of wine (or other liquor).

There are no spells of healing, at least not in the core rulebook - maybe there will be in The Book of Skelos.

The Golden Wine of Xuthal does actually heal lost HPs, but this wine is very rare and expensive.
