The listing of the Hazat fleet is as follows

1 Trafalgar-class Carrier
1 Manticore-class Destroyer
2 Xerses-class Galliots
4 Scorpion-class Frigates
2 Stalker-class Explorer
4 Dagger-class Light Fighters
4 Harpy-class Torpedo Bombers

yet the picture shows 19 ships

as all the other fleets also have 19 ships Should we assume that the Hazat are not 1 short and do get 2 Destroyers like all other factions

That is correct, I believe there was a gap between getting all the box art together and establishing the actually contents of the Hazat fleet. The reason is the Hazat Carrier isn't built on a Destroyer hull, its built on a Cruiser Hull and is a powerful warship in its own right.

The listing is correct. As the other gentleman pointed out, the Trafalgar is a much larger ship than anything in the other fleet sets, being the equivalent of a cruiser (with sexy cruiser-style turrets - try this ship out once, and you will see what I mean ).

That's odd, the one Hazat box I've seen opened had two destroyers, not one. Packaging error?

Incidentally, any ETA on blisters of fighters and bombers? The Hazat's big carrier leaves their boxed set short by four craft from a full hanger loadout. Those big blaster cannons are nice, but I'd still rather load to capacity.

I'm on the wrong side of the pond, and would rather buy from the FLGS - saves me shipping, and encourages them to keep stocking starship games. After the debacle with Firestorm Armada, they need all the encouragement they can get. :roll:

Might want to tell Esdevium, on this week's list they have the following description of the fleet boxes:

Each box includes;
1 Light Carrier
2 Destroyers
2 Galliots
4 Frigates
2 Explorer / Raiders
4 Light Fighters
4 Torpedo Bombers

Which as per this discussion is wrong for the Hazat.

Given that I ordered the boxed set a week ago and assumed the shop text was correct... I'm hoping it turns up today, I wonder how many ships I'll get?

Didn't used to though, used to be one destroyer, which is why I asked on the thread I linked to above.

Having said that the box I got at the Opwn Day had 2 destroyers in it, so I was happy either way.
