Eureka Miniatures in Australia appears to be commissioning a series of miniatures in 28mm suitable for Moorcockian games. Don't yet appear to be for sale on the Eureka site but it should be possible to acquire some at the Salute convention/show in the UK in April according to Nic at Eureka.
