Have Rules, No Stats...

British Infantry! Then we can finally see how all the factions basic stuff plays out. Come on Mongoose, British Infantry :!:

Now I may have missed something, but are those stats on the card the actual stats?

Ski resort... desert... :?

*thinks hard and long*

Desert-boarding!

I printed the cards for a proxy game tonight and was reading through them. On the Challenger it says the chain gun may be fired with the "L30". Should that be "L55"?

Couple of other suggestions on the cards (take 'em or leave 'em):
-Intensify the opacity behind the font on the right hand side a tad more. It's a bit hard to read. Especially, if you convert them to greyscale.
-Consider reversing the font/background colors on the left (white background/black text) or going with a lighter background color than the black. It eats ink like a champ.

Yeah, good point. I thought the BF:E version of the Challenger II was going to be equipped with the Rheinmetall L55 smoothbore gun. I also just noticed when reviewing the Mongoose info in the BF:E section that it too was describing the tank as it is currently armed, with the L30. If you look at the model however, it sure looks like it has the L55 gun tube on it, as Mongoose had described it was going to have. It looks like a freudian slip. Those stubborn British and their traditions, in not wanting to let go of their gun  (not you, Hiro).

Actually, the Challenger is equipped with the L55, not the L30. And I would say that the mistake was probably the result of my straining eyes, not any fault of Hiro's. :D

My own eyes might be strained, as I can no longer find the gun caliber listed over there as I thought I'd seen. It does however say "smooth-bore", and that is indeed the L55. The L30 is one of the last rifled barrels mounted in modern MBTs.

dear lord can't a man travel? I've been on the road a total of.. oh...1 day this past weekend, and then there's the scramble to keep myself out of trouble with presents for family. I'll try to get the Brit Infantry tonight.
