Cosmic Mongoose
I have a very small FA Narn fleet I got on ebay. alas I missed out on a couple of my bids so my fleet is somewhat limited.
Kinda want a couple of G'Quans, cos even though they suck, they look good.
Also some Thentus would be nice.
I reckon with my existing G'Kariths, Var'Nics and Rongoths (probably proxies for ka'tocs) I'd have a spiffy little fleet.

Iron Wind still sells FA Narn, I' too thinking of orderung a small fleet from them or the old AOG site

I pondered that, but by the time you factor in Postage costs, and possible import duty, is it worth it?

If it will make the trans-Atlantic shipping any easier, I'll split it with you if you'll add an EarthForce Explorer to the order. Of course, I'll also pay the cost of the Explorer plus postage from you to me.

I've got 7! FA G-Quans (bare) that I will happily part with, as well as 3 T'rakk Frigates (painted). Only problem is that I'm in the US. I'll let you have them for cheap plus the price of postage across the pond, though, because I have nothing to use them for.

Also in my FA scale for-sale bin is:

1 Primus (bare)
3 Omegas (painted)
1 Warlock (painted)
1 Warlock body with no missile launchers (bare)
2 Avengers (painted)
4 Sunhawks (bare)
6 Warbirds (bare)
6 Sky Serpents (bare)

Make offers ;)

ok, I'm awaiting a response from TCD regarding his stuff, but I'll let you know either way Adrian.. .. and then could hand over IF you make it to Northants :-)
didn't know they even did an FA scale explorer

The explorer fits both scales. It is actually a close to scale for FA scale, while sufficiently large to be a 'full' scale ship.

ah right, fair enoguh then. A much underated ship. amusingly used on a couple of times. Most people scoff till it unloads fighters, then refuses to be destroyed for a good while!

One day I am going to build a more "in scale" explorer, say half the length of the Revell Babylon 5.

I have 2 of those Revell Kits, and 3 of the Fury jkits, 2 standard, one limited edition one

Very nice LBH, loath as I am to admit it, I wasn't into B5 modelling when these were in production.

Found the station a couple of years ago on US fleabay. Always seemed just about the right scale for CTA & B5 Wars for that matter. Never chased the Furies tho and never heard of the Ltd edition.

From your tone you might be under the wrong impression that I've actually built them, needless to say I have not :)

LBH, one of the safest constants of the universe and the very bedrock of my world view, not to mention my continuing sanity, is that you never ever, ever, ever build kits or paint minis etc so, safe to say, I was never under that quite ridiculous delusion. 8)

[Caution I may be trying some reverse psychology here, or am I]

Well not to shatter your foundations, but I did once build a few SST Arachnid minis, but they are of course unpainted.

LBH

Well not quite shattered but definitely shaken to the core.

Not taking me up on the reverse psychology angle then?.

Remember LBH, ....................An unpainted mini is not just for Christmas, it deserves your paint all the year round.
