Gypsies in Glorantha?

I don't think any specific Gypsy culture exists in the published material, but figured that I might be wrong. I often have a similar culture in my game worlds, just because it provides a cool encounter, and possibly allies for PCs.

There sort-of does in the 3rd Age (I'm thinking of the Kresh and their wagons). I'm sure there are others — they are just the first I thought of.

The Second Age is really a time of more settled empires... give it time for things to fall apart.

I guess I should have specified that I prefer Third Age Glorantha. But I am glad to know that there is at least one sorta gypsy clan. I would just end up adding my own in, but I'd love for there to be one already.

The Third Eye Blue cultists are itinerant metal-workers who seem to travel throughout Genertela in small bands, selling their wares.

I can't think of anyone else who'd fit the bill, though.

I was going to suggest them too.

Brown Vadeli maybe?
Vanchite Traders?
Durulz boatmen?
Issaries Caravans may also offer some of the traits you need. In My Glorantha, while many Issaries traders are closely integrated into their clan and tribe, there are also some who travel throughout Sartar and beyond, bringing news and exotic goods.

A tribe of nomadic Hsunchen in any area where they are not the dominant tribe may also fulfil some of the function of gypsies

So while there probably isn't a single pan-lozenge "Gypsy Race", I don't think it would be too hard to find a suitable culture in any area of Glorantha to fit the needs of your campaign

In the 3rd Age (especially the Hero Wars period) they are much more focussed, with bases in western Umathela and along the coasts, and of course in the Vadeli Isles.

That said it does depend on the individual Axis.

I suspect you will find them in most costal cities*, though not necessarily in any great numbers, having been stranded there by the closing.

*ie not just in the West

I've used remnants of the Pure Horse People as gypsy-analogs in the past - basically Grazelanders who didn't settle but kept wandering. They have the horse culture and the unusual clothing. I've had them sell Divinations as a version of card reading too, although that seems hard to replicate in the more modern systems we're using now...
