Guilds, Factions and cults - question

No.

The book is generic, though with a bias towards Glorantha. There are examples drawn from Elric, Hawkmoon and Glorantha but nothing from Lankhmar. That said, any RQ setting should be able to get some mileage out of the book.

Mmm...That's a pity, because, given the importance of guilds in the Lankhmar it would have been fitting to throw in some Lankhmar content.
The very trope of a thieves' guild in fantasy rpgs comes from the Lankhmar stories.

Also the setting needs - in my opinion - more RQ crunch, as the Lankhmar books that Aaron wrote are alsmost crunchless. I hope some content could be adapted to Lankhmar.

But, anyway, I will try to judge the book on its own merits.

I have a few more questions:

- Does it extend the Pact skill mechanism to standard RQ cults?
- Does it contain full Gloranthan cult writeups?
- Does it contain full Elric cult writeups?
- Are there Hawkmoon cults (something new)?
- Are the Granbretannian Beast orders treated as "guilds"/"cults"?
- Are there "generic RQ" (I love the "Azure Cinquefoil"!) or "alternate Earth" cults?

Thanks,
Smiorgan
