Great prices on Mongoose Conan stuff!!

Hey dudes, if you're in the market, I did some Google-fu and found this store with great prices on Conan stuff: https://www.myatomic.com/catalog/viewcat?catid=931

I just picked up Betrayer of Asgard and the Warrior's Companion for $26 bucks, including shipping.

Found another vendor with low prices on Conan materials: http://www.wdebgg.com/

I picked up Catacombs, Adventures, and Khitai for $9.49 each. Shipping turned out to be $6.77 for the entire order, so that works out to $11.75 for each book.

The vendor operates through Boardgamegeek, and I found it to be an incredibly bad web site. Search functions are for crap. It took a long time to sign up. I had trouble getting things into my shopping cart. And, what happens is, an e-mail is sent to the vendor, and the vendor then gets payment from you through paypal via e-mail.

Not a good system, so take this recommendation for what its worth. But, the books are brand new, and I haven't seen them priced that low with shipping.

I don't really want Khitai, but I went ahead and bought it to round out my collection. I think I own all the Conan stuff now except for the GM screen (which I've seen online and am not impressed with--great looking, but the info isn't that useful).

So, if you still need some Conan stuff, and dig the low prices (and can put up with the wonky web site), then give it a go!

Got my shipment today. Wow. Books are in perfect condition. They shipped in a hard box with "peanuts". Books are immaculate.

Recommended vendor.

Not know if you know SF, but when I got the GM screen in AE it came with poster size map of Hyboria, it no big deal, but fun to have :)

That would be awesome. Where'd you get it? Was it a package?

I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a copy of AE.

What about spending a few more bucks and keeping your local gaming store alive?

Because my LFGS ain't so friendly, price-wise. They charge full boat on everything. I haven't been in there in years (I'm a net bargain hunter), and although, for a game store, they've got a damn good selection, they can't come close to what I can find on the net. Plus, I will usually beat their price, even with shipping, by a large amount.

For example, I bought a brand new copy of Hyboria's Fallen the other day for $2.87 + $3.99 shipping. That's $6.86 for the book. Brand new. Perfect, Mint condition. My FLGS will charge me close to $20 bucks more for the book.

They never put anything on sale. Heck, they've got stuff in there from 1984 at the same price that hasn't moved.
