Looks interesting. Could you provide more details...
* Expected page count.
* Extent of it being printer ink/toner economical.
* Other products by you that it depends on.

Good luck!

Grand Safari is a campaign adventure which sends the characters on a safari into the unsettled Hannibal Subsector (which is in Leonidas Sector located to spinward of Clement Sector). The book contains the adventure, information on the systems within Hannibal Subsector, pre-generated characters, NPCs, a host of animals and some tips for follow-up adventures within that subsector. The page count is going to be approximately 150 pages.

We're using a new system map in this one that will replace the "black bars" system maps we've been using. I think that will lighten the ink/toner load a bit.

You could run it in the Clement Sector setting without absolutely needing any other products. However, we'd recommend that you are familiar with the Clement Sector setting book to use the adventure to its fullest extent. It would also help to be familiar with Dade Colonies as some of the set-up takes place on Dashwood which is in that subsector. In addition, the book draws on themes from Career Companion (there is an uplift as one of the pre-gen/NPCs) and 21 More Organizations (the group running the safari is the Gentlemen's Club of Dashwood which is detailed there).

The product could also potentially stand on its own if you wanted to port it over to another system/setting than our Clement Sector setting and didn't want/need that background information for your chosen setting.

Horses do not like uplifts.

Well, at least this horse doesn't. Shamsiel, an uplifted bear, attempts to calm a horse in this scene from Grand Safari. Despite having uplifted intellect and being grav belt assisted to offset his weight, the horse stills sees a bear and is having none of him.

Shamsiel is a pre-generated character and possible NPC for use in Grand Safari, our newest adventure.

Grand Safari is an expedition put on by the Gentlemen's Club of Dashwood (Dade 0401) into Hannibal Subsector of Leonidas Sector (located to spinward of Clement Sector). The book has six short interlinked adventures along with information about the unsettled systems of Hannibal Subsector and the animals which are common on those worlds.

A 5-star review for Clement Sector from Megan R.! You can check out what she had to say about our core setting book at the link. Thanks Megan!

And keep in mind that if you purchase Clement Sector anytime between now and November 17, we will donate all of the proceeds from that sale to Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) to help combat Ebola.

And here we have the 迅速なチラシ Jinsokuna Chirashi (Swift Flyer)-class Yacht. The version seen here is similar to the original luxury yachts produced by the small Hiruna Kabushiki shipyards orbiting Luna in the Sol System.

The Swift Flyer was later produced in Clement Sector by the Anderson and Felix shipyards in the Hub system and at Cascadia Orbital in the Cascadia system.

The ship (and several later variants) are the subject of Ships of Clement Sector 6: Jinsokuna Chirashi (Swift Flyer)-class Yacht which will be available from Gypsy Knights Games on November 21.

The first documented reports of the Swift Flyer being used as a pirate vessel go back as far as 2310. These reports and subsequent reports from before the Collapse came mostly from Cascadia and Hub subsectors but attacks by pirate ships of similar appearance have been reported in Sequoyah subsector as well.

It was the capture of a pirate yacht in 2336 by a Cascadian Navy intercept destroyer that revealed that not only was the yacht being used by pirates but also that it had been extensively modified internally and had its turret armament upgraded. A year later in 2337, the Hub Federation Navy sloop HFS Kestrel engaged and destroyed a pirate yacht that was attacking a freighter, but not before being damaged by long range particle beam fire. Kestrel’s sensor readings confirmed that the modification of the destroyed pirate yacht was identical to the yacht captured earlier by the Cascadian Navy.

When the Cascadian press broke news of the capture of the pirate yacht, they dubbed it a “Vulture-class pirate marauder”. The use of that colorful phrase, first coined by the tabloid news program “On Cascadia” to describe the modified yacht, has spread to be used to describe any pirate operated Swift Flyer yacht.

The vessel shown here is one of those "Vulture-class" vessels. The Vulture-class variant is one of several variants of the Swift Flyer included in Ships of Clement Sector 6: Jinsokuna Chirashi (Swift Flyer)-class Yacht which will be available on November 21.

A new and potent variant of the original Swift Flyer design, the Wolf-class was first offered to the Cascadian Navy in mid-2337 as a potential new escort vessel designed to “blend” in with any convoy or to mimic a lone yacht in order to entice and then destroy pirate vessels falling for the ruse. The Q-ship, a heavily armed naval vessel masquerading as a helpless merchant vessel, was a concept common during Earth’s twentieth century terrestrial world wars.

Unfortunately the Cascadia Orbital design was met with disinterest by the Cascadian Navy and the design languished for several years until being purchased off the shelf by the system governments of Hendershot (Cascadia 0208) and Campbell (Cascadia 0408). Both of whom were very concerned about the near proximity of Gagnon (Cascadia 0308) which was known to actively promote piracy.

The vessel shown here is a Wolf-class light escort. The Wolf-class variant is one of several variants of the Swift Flyer included in Ships of Clement Sector 6: Jinsokuna Chirashi (Swift Flyer)-class Yacht which will be available on November 21.

A PIRATE yacht, you say? Ship just went from 'I like how it looks' to 'I need it!'

Very pleased with how everything came together and Ian's art is more than I could have imagined it to be :)

Probably the most well-known starship in Clement Sector, the Star Hawk plays a central role in the extremely popular holovid series Superpirate!. The ship is even considered part of the crew by the legions of fans of the series with planetary social media lighting up with passionate discussion regarding any scenes or episodes where the Star Hawk is damaged to further an episode plot or story arc.

In reality though, the Star Hawk is simply a number of constructed sets within the mammoth Production Building One at Harbringer Production Studios on Hub. Richard Harbringer and director Earl Pedington wanted to use a real in-service starship as a basis for the Star Hawk in order to create a connection with existing starship crews, hoping to tap that audience for the new show. In the end, the Swift Flyer armed yacht was selected as the best choice. It was a tremendously successful decision.

The fictional Star Hawk is a variant included in the upcoming Ships of Clement Sector 6: Jinsokuna Chirashi (Swift Flyer)-class Yacht which will be available tomorrow (November 21).

John,

I'm not sure this is the best place to post this, I can delete and move it if needs be.

Is there a "Family Tree" for GKG's products please?

I'm interested to know which of your books are directly written for the Clement Sector series?

I've seen the bundles available on DTRPG but would like clarification if possible, please.

Thanks!
