Grabbed it. Looks awesome, very complete. And seems to dodge GDW's problem of having the Kaefers dominate and ruin everything else interesting about that section of space. I shoved my campaign forward 20 years just to reduce them to nuisance status.

Having taken a bit more time to read through, I am impressed.

The Energy Curve arc—<spoiler>...</spoiler>, explore, contact weird New Race—is easily adaptable to any analogous Traveller campaign. Worth a look.

Plenty of gadgets, motives, NPC stats, threads, seeds, hooks, etc., well worth the purchase.

The only thing missing in my mind—and it's a minor quibble—is a fleshed exploration of the human <-> human tensions in the FA. You clearly have the Euro powers chafing against one another in familiar ways. Would like to have seen more exploration, a kind of dossier of int'l tensions, such as why the French so clearly do not want Manchurian "humanitarian peace observers" (i.e., Chinese Nationalist Occupation Army) eagerly "helping out" in the Kaefer conflict... "Rest assured, we will stay forever to ensure harmony, tranquility and sincerity endure." Clearly there are some things more troublesome than utterly murderous, genocidal Bugs intent on human destruction.
