Oh, I'm interested alright, been thInking about rolling up a couple systems just to get the hang of it, so it'd be perfect, but the last few days have been... busy. Hopefully I'll be able to give it a proper look this weekend

I will never discourage people from doing what they want, but there are several subsector maps available for free, so this is - unfortunately - more of the same to me.

Just checking to see if peeps were having troubles downloading it, or were suspicious of viruses or whatever since I'm new to the forums. There were nearly 100 views but no downloads so I just wanted to see what was up. Thanks for letting me know!

I'm an indie developer and author - I like to give out free stuff as much as I can. I'm always open to suggestions for new expansions/content/etc and constructive criticism so thanks!.

It's a fine subsector map; clearly you've studied the others out there when you made yours. If downloads are what you're looking for, think about dialing it up slightly and include something on the map that the other versions don't have. Or arrange some useful bits they have in some new and interesting ways. Give people a reason to download your map, besides just the offering. I promise you the 100 views were people who considered downloading, and were there seeing if there was something novel about your map.

My suggestions - lines formatted for writing UWPs and also for making notes. For me you could skip the map legend, and instead add places for general notes and an aside section for noteworthy subsector features - fleet locations, astrogational or other anomalies, and so on.

Yeah - I'm 48 and been playing since I was 15, so I've seen a few subsector maps - enough to do it from memory. I'm not really looking for downloads - just pitching in to the community collective.

I was thinking about pairing it up with a second page that has the map legend and spaces for some system details - people could print it map on the front, details on the back.

Would that be useful?

One thing that might be handy would be a six hex radius map with planetary profile information attached. If the planetary profiles were just the extended UWPs, that would be useful. If they were the Library Data (Traveller Wiki) for the worlds, so much the better.
