FLGS and BitsAndMortar

Howdy!
I've got a few FLGS in town, but none of them participate in BitsAndMortar. I'd like to still support them, but I like my PDFs as well.
Does Mongoose have a way for us to redeem a local purchase of the hardbacks for a free PDF?

When my FLGS stocked Traveller, sometimes the Bits and Mortar system got confused and I had to send an email to msprange@mongoosepublishing.com to get it sorted out. I can recommend him
