I was not aware of that rambler, thank you. is that the case for all of the Klingons or just the "Big Boys" ?

All of them that's why the F6 had such a high point shield on the first pass. I am sure someone wrote down the true shield value in FedCom and forgot to back it down. That's why it went from 24 to 19 in the last tweak.
