Fleet Trait: Hardened Majority of systems that use Power are Hardened

So I can Harden a few cheap systems, like sensors and low berths, and the entire ship is immune to Ion at trivial cost?
 
I've submitted a bit of feedback to this, that it should be 90% - and that % is determined by the dton of the components that could be hardened, not by a general "count".

Personally, I'd say make it everything or at least minimum thresholds like "all weapons, tactical drives and power-plants"
