Flame Throwers/Democracy Falls

Hi,
The rules for flamethrowers were incomplete in this book. Does someone have official Traveller rules needed ?

Nothing official, but... How about combining riot foam and incendiary rounds from the Dredd book to create a flamethrower? 

That would give us a weapon firing within a 20 meter cone dealing 2d6 fire damage to everyone it hits, with a further 1d6 per round. 

As for how wide the cone is at it's widest.. I don't know, but how about 1-2 meters?
Or some kind of special firing rules allowing you to spray a wider area at the cost of range...
