In the first tier of the Spiral of terror for the cener Druid the name of which escapes me now. I states that it effects the druids charisma score in victims. Should this be the mod rather than the score?

Probably not, otherwise it would say something along the lines of: (minimum of 1 victim) or something similar.

So a Charisma of 12 would affect 12 victims, not just 1.

I still think that something is not right. If you check the fourth step Eye Of Dominion which effects the first step shackle of the mind it seems somewhat contradictory.[/quote]
