Find a feat?

One of my PCs had a question about a feat listed on a Conan Character sheet I downloaded (from some location I cannot remember right now). I can't find it in the books I have. The feat is 'concealed weapon', and Quick Draw is a pre-req.

Anyone know where this feat can be found?

Must be a 2e thing; I can't find it in my Master Index for 1e.

BTW, I will not be updating the Master Index for 2e, so some other poor soul will have to do that in my stead.
