I pre ordered my copy and got it today. I skimmed through it. I was surprised there was no Donosev in it. If it wasn't going to be in the Scouts book then it should have been in fighting ships like it was for CT.
I also pre-ordered my copy of the book and got it in yesturdays mail...most awesome. I have scimmed through the book and it seems like a good book to me. Honestly in all my years I have never ever had my players ever have the use for deck plans for the huge naval sips but I guess they have their uses for some.
Now what I'd like to see someday is a slow moving lower tech level sleeper/with bio-domes Ark shim all laid out with a complete reference / source book on the huge ship. Maybe even include completely mapped out flight path with it's primary destination solar system and secondary destination solar systems. Make the first one be a Red Zone (with a primitive non-human culture) and the second one a Imperial Colony. Loads of fun there I am sure, with tuns of sub plots and etc. Hech that could be a major campaigh plot in anyones campaign for quite a while.
