Fighting on the Run

Another rules question:

Am I to understand that in the Conan RPG characters can move before and after an attack action, at all times (except when they run out of move, of course)?

If so, that is pretty cool, but so very different from 3.5 that I wanted to make sure I was reading this right.

Yes, here is how I interpet it:

1) You can move up to your speed
2) You can make a standard action attack
3) You do draw an attack of opportunity from anyone that you move through their threaten square - that includes the target
4) You cannot combine it with charging or other full round actions

What do other's think?

I also noticed that they eliminated Spring Attack
