Can fighters raise their CQ any other way in a campaign other than the other refits and other duties table?

Fighters have the CQ of their mothership, IIRC - and can't you increase CQ on your ships at the beginning of a campaign (never played one, but IIRC you can)? Carriers, enhanced CQ. Nuff said.

No, that changed in Armageddon. All fighters start at CQ4 but ISA and Vree get their usual bonuses.

Fighters can't get refits/duties since they can't get XP's.

Don't think they can get XP either, can't remember atm, its changed back and forth so many times.

Fighters cannot earn XP. (They have never been allowed to).

Cruel, but probably accurate.

the only way now to improve the CQ of a fighter flight (absent ranger/vree) is to get a duty or refit that gives you some type of ace pilots.
