Fifth Frontier War history

Semi-noob question here for you.

Where do I find (CT, MT, TNE, etc) information on the Fifth Frontier War and all the "canon" events in the non-GURPS OTU from 1105 through 1116 (I know what happens then, since I have an old old print copy of Rebellion), primarily in the Marches?

Thanks!

CT publication "The Spinward Marches Campaign" for Fifth Frontier War info. Pretty much all the info there is on it is in there I think. A lot of it might be on the Traveller Wiki for that matter.

For the rest I'm not sure. It's probably spread all over depending on what you consider. JTAS news briefs and other nuggets of info in adventures for example.

I don't have handy my MT stuff, but I half recall there being a good (if general) history in the Encyclopedia book.

Here's the quickest and least expensive answer:

Go to the Far Future Enterprises website (http://www.farfuture.net)
Buy all the CD-ROMS of the various editions of Traveller. All canon all the time. That's what I did, then loaded the PDF's onto my hard drive and put the disks away.

Right now they are having their "443 Sale"

The original printed materials converted to PDF and readable on any PC with a PDF reader. Each packaged in a DVD plastic case with color wrap.
Click on the covers below for a PDF of the contents of each CDROM. CDROMs are $35 each.
We're having a 443 Sale! Order any 4 CDROMS and we'll rebate $35 as a PayPal refund (the reprogramming logic is otherwise unfathomable): you're getting four CDROMs for the price of three.

Don McKinney has written an integrated timeline for Traveller, where you
can find almost all of the events mentioned in almost all of the official ma-
terial in chronological order.

You should be able to download it from his website:

Marc Miller himself recommends that website/timeline with the caveat it is not 100% accurate/complete (without further comment). I myself use it as a good baseline to put events in perspective but still balance it against the books, the books (PDFs) are what rule the day.
