After a campaign is over, for example the Perfect Women Scenario from S&P #77.
How and when do judges earn experience, credits, etc...
I can't seem to find anything in the traveller core rules or the dredd rule book about anything related to this.
do you only level up and gain things through Advance Training? I have seen a few one-shots that say for level 5 or 6 judges.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
