1. Currently, space/starship bridges seem to be in a state of flux; when they scrapped the two percent rule, they compensated by making the cost based on multiples of hundred tonnes of hull volume, but with the addition of specialized command centres and apparently cockpits being able to control spacecraft larger a hundred tonnes, it's not exactly clearly defined what each type can do.

2. It may well be that they are minimum sizes required for specific functions, whether at default, penalty or bonus.

3. Speaking of the two percent rule, if you had a free default two tonne airlock per hundred tonnes, you have two issues, where's the money coming from, and you have to deduct the tonnage from the total volume.

Considering that the HG ships all add up and none disclose the airlocks, except for big cargo ones, I'm voting handwavium.

Either it works the way it is or it works the way I had it.

The free airlocks are extradimensional spaces (or pocket universes) and don't take up any tonnage from the ship itself, so is the ships locker.

Last three posts: Fixed.

Thanks.

It's starting to look really good. I'm only finding small problems, and instead finding a few problems in AndrewW's corrected HG ships I'm comparing with.

I haven't been looking at weapons and later tabs much, though...

The first line of airlocks doesn't give any result:

Staterooms, column error, tonnage should be Staterooms!S26?

Cargo, column error, tonnage should be Cargo!S19?

So how much does 500,000 Cr weigh, anyway?

It should show up on the record sheet and should be validated for 1/100 tons as currently configured.

Either the first costs 200,000 and takes up 2 tons, then you buy additional ones, or you get a free one per hundred tons or part thereof. And you have to pay for big ones.

User defined tech advantage not cleaned and empty.

Thanks. I need to color those blue when used to make it more obvious there is something there when you go back to clean up.

Let me know what needs updating on those.

Sorry, I didn't save the spreadsheets since I was only testing. I'll try to remember what I found.

I'm using "High Guard Ships.pdf" dated 20 Feb 2020. Perhaps that is an old version?

Since I was looking at the Annic Nova I can start with:

Bridge cost should be based on (hull / 100 Dt, rounded up), so should cost MCr 3.
Small bridge is correct.

Well, mine is the 23rd but close.

Small bridge is correct.

Troop Transport
Streamlined cost is +20%, not +10%, hence armour cost incorrect.

Hmmm, should be. Fixed.

That is a TL12 fusion plant.

Looks like an old version there, shows up as TL8 stats here.

Not 20 weeks worth of fuel. 1 Dt fuel is 4 weeks, 2 Dt is 8 weeks.

Hmmm, I'm showing 16 weeks and 4 tons. Guess it was updated at some point and didn't make it in.

Where do I get the latest version?

This has a different size and version number than my old, but otherwise seems identical:

Should be, but I'll see about updating that a bit later.
