This has got to be the only near future game where Britain is actually in the European Federation. All the others I know of have some kind of Comenwealth Power Bloc. Are Mongoose really so pessimistic? lol

On a more serious note when are we going to see some troops from different countries? French Foreign Legion would be brilliant against MEA!

If there's one thing this game needs, it's Gurkhas. They need a special rule though:

They're Bloody Ghosts!

The Gurkha section may deploy anywhere on the table, even inside buildings or hostile APCs, due to their uncanny and inhuman stealth abilities.

I was more thinking of Van Damme in one of his Foreign Legion roles, but whatever....

Word of advice, do not use the word fun in comnnection with Ghurkas whilst in the presence of Mongoose's Ted Chang, he takes his old job seriously.

Actually it'd be cool if they could take a series of "free shots" before set up to represent ambushing the enemy on the way to battle. Also great for recreating those moments when the high command order them to storm the battery over the hill and they've already got the head of the enemy commander!
