That's where I got to see the Javlin, if that thing works as they said it does, armor goes crunch.
Also the Americia's Army game, the free one for PCs, has the Quals for the Javlin as well, so you can see how it should work, during my traing it even had a error occur because the tube and launcher were not talking, had to pop it off and reseat the tube.

probably the last place for many of them, if the history of "novel weapon" development is anything to go by
Going back to "Ultimate Force" the setting of yesterday's fun and games was set against drug cartels in Colombia, and it reminded me of a skirmish mini campaign I was involved in a few years ago in the same setting (inspired by an ITN news report from Colombia that followed an army unit engaged in anti-drug operations; the footage on the news item could have come out of Vietnam except the helos involved were Blackhawks instead of Hueys). Given their generous resources (heck, some of these groups even build their own submarines!) I would have thought the "drug barons" (possibly with shady PMC support) would be a credible faction in BF:Evo games.
