I think i know the answer but thought i would check. Energy mines attack all targets within 3 inches.

Presumably you measure from the centre of the ship to determine whether it is in the blast radius or not. So a large model may appear to be within the blast radius but actually be outside of it.

I also assume that e-mines can be used against any Minbari ships, you just ignore stealth.

The center may "move" when you need that extra quarter inch after all. Stands don't...

Then designate which stand is used for measurement, moving and turning at the start of the game.
