No, Hiffano. I mean a victory as the backbone of a fleet, supported by an Avenger and accompanying escorts could flood the table with fightery goodness. And by the time an opponent has made his way through that, they will be under our guns.

The ISA dont lose the Victory. The EA are getting a unique ship in the Excalibur not access to Victory class ships. They can have one and one only. The ISA can still have as many as they can afford
And as to them losing the Nemesis. Good riddance to it. I play crusade EA and can telly you flat out that I would never, EVER have fielded one, at any level against any opponent. And its not even a nice model to my mind. I'll have a War level Warlock and 2 Marathons thanks!
Keen observers and mongoose employees will note incidentally that this also represents me spending more money on minis than 1 Nemeis model too so everyone should be happy

The one try of the Nemisis I had it turned out to be real good as a fire magnet and precious little else... And yes it ran outta crew well before damage.
The Armageddon Warlock was a little better, but all in all I'm happy to only have the Excalibur at Armageddon; Earth R&D is good, but not quite quite that good IMO.
Sure EA is a major faction and all but as long as they get some suitably beatstick War options it's not a huge issue.
