Drinax Ships Encounters MOR stat

Every ship in the Ships Encounters books has a section called MOR, with a number following it. I cannot figure out what that number means. Total brain fade moment. Can anyone help me out please?

Pirates of Drinax, Book 1, page 12 and page 15. For NPC ships, its simply a stat to check to see if they surrender under certain circumstances. I don't know if I've ever used it.

One reason I prefer PDF files. Very easy to search for the text I’m looking for.

Yeah, that makes it worse in my case, I have pdfs and scrolled through the book. Forgot about the search function. Just one of those brain fade days.
