Does it make sense?

I'm curious about 2 things and just thought I'd see what you think. The 1st is that if The Pirates of Drinax was A Computer Game would it make sense for The 4th in Command of The Drinax Starguard to have better stats, training, experance and skills on the hardest of the 5 difficulty settings then Wrax does on the easiest of the 5 difficulty settings and the 2nd is would it make sense for The Fleet of The 4th most Powerful Pirate Lord of Theev to be more powerful on the hardest of the 5 difficulty settings then the fleet of The strongest Pirate Lord of Theev is on the easiest of the 5 difficulty settings.

Just 2 things I've been thinking about. What do you think?

No.

I believe it's already been stated. But first point, you can't make a Pirates of Drinax computer game (Without licenses, collaboration, talent, etc.) Even as a purely hypothetical exercise it's meaningless, you don't know who the fourth in command of the Starguard is. You don't have detailed composition of the pirate "fleets". "Difficulty level" is a meaningless term, it is derived by altering factors in your game, damage output, AI behaviour, armor effectiveness.

The answer to your question is, whatever you think, it's pointless theorycrafting with no applicable grounding of facts that would allow anyone outside your head to render an intelligible opinion on the matter.
