difference between exosuit models

Is there any physical difference between the "Officer" figures (Cougar or Grizzly) and those that come in the box sets? From the pics that're available there doesn't appear to be, but I like to have different figs when possible. Thanks.

AFAIK that's just a lone cougar/grizzly in a box

The Models don't differ. The difference I noticed was that the Officer Blister Packs don't come with a Thermic Lance. Which makes sense.
