Detecting Telepathy and making your save

Like a doofus I ran off and left my book at a player's house. Can someone tell me what the rules are for detecting that someone is using telepathy, and if every power that may possibly affect you (from Pain to Jamming) allows a save?

Also, are there any telepath prestige classes apart from Prophetess and Psicop?

Thanks!

Poor fellow never got his question answered....and I am sure he has access to his books by now....does no one read anymore, or do they all scan?

I've gotten my books back, but those are the only ones I've found. The guy that was playing a telepath opted for an agent instead though, so the question isn't as big a deal now. Thanks!

One question fell completely through the cracks:

I ran last night and one character died and his replacement was a telepath. Between his inclusion and the timing of Mr. Jones' entry we went from no telepathy happening to lots of it. All we could find about detecting telepathy was the latent telepath feat. Can mundanes detect telepathy being used on them, and if so, how?

Thanks!

There is in show evidence of mundanes being able to detect some telepaty being used on them. Sinclair on first meeting Bester for instance.

Can't remember how/if it's done in the RPG.
