I haven't seen it yet but I ordered it from Mongoose direct. If/when it arrives I'll let you know.

Is there any chance of getting an accurate estimate of when the reprinted runequest deluxe books will be coming out in the UK?
My group and I have been waiting (not so) patiently for the last couple of months now, with constant "soon" promises of the booking coming out.
Presumably they'll be arriving first in the states and then a month delay to England?

I don't know how long it take for UK shops to have the book but considering the current exchange rate, it isn't a bad thing to order directly in the US.

Just got my soft cover copy of Deluxe and I feel much more confident about its durability, as compared to the hardcover one I already had. Also it is much more readable.

The hardcover I treated with velvet gloves, because honestly I was afraid of cracking the binding and beginning the flurry of dropping pages. The softcover is easy to open, does not feel flimsy, the print towards the binding is easier to read because the book is more relaxed (i.e. the pages sit flatter when opened), overall it is something I like to grab whereas my hardcover was for my players mostly as I preferred the pdf. Preferring a pdf is a rare thing for me. Simply this was a great buy for me.

Just thinking about it, I'm probably only an hours drive from Mongoose HQ, it's a shame the printing didn't work out in house.

I'm really looking forward to my copy. My campaign's been on hold recently anyway, but I don't want my hardback to suffer much more damage. Pages finally started to come loose from the binding a couple of sessions back. I know they started shipping this month, so I'm hoping mine shows up soon and I can put old faithful on the shelf.
