Cthulhutech & Dark Passions Pre Orders

OK, Vade Mecum has evidently shipped ... but how about the reprints of Cthulhutech and Dark Passions for which I had a pre-order in and received a confirmation on 12/7 ... and for which my CC was charged at that time ... have they been shipped as all Wildfire stuff has been removed ... or should I expect a refund?

I live in New Zealand and I haven't received the books yet either. Then again based on last time and the time which those in the US have received them, I would expect to see them this week.
