7 days ago I placed an order, and it arrived today, complete and correct.

This is a very good turn around time regardless if its coming from the US or the UK.

The other side of the coin.
I purchased 2 items from Mongoose on august 14.
in mid september, a month later I sent an email with the transaction
numbers from paypal inquiring where my order was and asking for a tracking number so I could follow the package. I was told international orders take time, was given no tracking numbers and now sept 29, 6 weeks since the order, still no package and no way to check on it.

I have had items shipped from gemany and china that I purchased on ebay arrive to Canada within 1 week for less money than Mongoose charged for shipping.
really quite poor service.

Well, there is something odd here - Canada is not exactly an 'international' destination. Our warehouse is closer to you than it is to many place in the US.

And 6 weeks is way too long - you should have said something before.

Closure
After posting the previous comment on the Forum and receiving the response below it I sent in my paypal info and order numbers for the second time. This time I received a response that indicated they were handling things and about one week later the package was at the post office waiting for me. I am disappointed I got a brush off the first time and that I had to post here in the forums to get attention. In fairness though they were quick once I actually had the concern out in the open.

The product as usual is top shelf and I will not hesitate to purchase from Mongoose again in the future.
