Well, i moved the site, cleaned stuff up, and preety much finished tweaking MRQ:

http://sites.google.com/site/rqrules/home

Features:

- OpenQuest-Like cleaner, leaner skills in categories for better PC/NPC generation, including the Alchemy skill
- Only one combat action and unlimited number of reactions a la BRP, reintroducing Strike Ranks as per RQ2/3 but somewhat streamlined.
- Non-Tabular combat, 5 types of critical hits, cleaner and rebalanced combat actions, all easy to play and easy to remember
- RQ2 Defense, with a twist! (and easier than ever to apply)
- New RQ2-based weapon & armor table, with RQ2ish simple rules for ENC!
- RQ3 Spirit magic with RQ2.5 shamans!
- Pact-like (but not quite) Divine Magic with a little slower magic recovery rate but the possibility for having more magic overall.
- Sandy Petersen's simplified sorcery!
- Persistence vs. Persistence (MP vs MP) magic use & spirit combat, with Spirit Combat damage based on POW+CHA
- RQ2 style bindings!
- No-roll improvement system

Whats missing:
- Helms
- Enchantment Rules, specially summoning
- Sorcery familiars and a list of grimoires

Im afraid i won't put those bits up in a while, since im in a middle of an "id rather kill myself" kind of depression at the moment, i really don't feel like it right now. Still, but feel free to comment and/or offer alternatives.

I'm really enjoying your page.

You should come join my pbem game or just lurk. Its a big game with two groups. We play at a relatively fast pace for pbem. Most players post at least every other day if not much more. Come take a look it might cheer you up. I think we might share roughly the same RQ sensibility. I haven't quite pushed folks that far. But we are headed that way. Anyway we have developed a nice community of players.

Join the group and look things over.
