Converting animals, and the Traveller adventure...

Any pointers on converting monsters easily and without too much fuss?I'm looking at Marooned and see a lot of cool monsters...

Also, I've been thinking of starting my new group with the Traveller Adventure from the FFE CD-Rom too. I also just got the Spinward Marches from Mongoose. Is the new canon stuff compatible with the old. Like are the corporations the same in MoSpinward Marches and Traveller Adventure? In other words, is mechanics the only thing that's changed , or is there a bunch of fluff stuff too that's been re-worked. ( re-imagined)


I did notice that there was some more beginner scenarios in the the Traveller book, like Shadows.Is Shadows, from the Traveller Book, the same one from the Traveller double-adventure D01?

I could start with the Signs and Portents starter scenario, Starchild. Anyone recommend it? It mentions the Kinunir Trilogy, which scenarios are they and in what order? Kuinir A01, Shadows D01, Research GAmma Station A02, Twilight's Peak A03, is this the right order?

Which scenario path would you recommend so I can put my new Spinward Marches book to good use?

Yes, shadows is the same. Better presented in TTB than DA1.

Converting critters:
find a CT Bk3, look up the stats on the table, find the same spot on the new table.

I did it that way with MT, TNE and T20...
