Consolidated Base Codes, Revisited...

After reviewing the SRD, I noticed that one of the six bases described in the Core Rulebook is not found in the SRD. With that out of the way, I found that it is very manageable to reference the remaining bases and their combinations through a single base code letter. Below is the suggested table of Consolidated Base Codes that I am using in my products, and I thought I would open up the material to the rest of you for your consideration. If you have any suggestions, of course, please feel free to make them.

With Regards,
Flynn

Does having both a naval base and a pirate base on the same world mean that the naval base doesn't know about the pirate base? If not, doesn't that imply the "pirate" is a government-sponsored privateer which would be serviced by the naval base?

Or are such codes for use by the Vargr only?

The MGT core rules do not make any exceptions or such for Vargr or any other alien race in terms of world building. There is also no attempt to explain the presence of both Naval and Pirate bases in the same system. For that reason, I included all such combinations as numbers, in the event that someone decided not to include those combinations for their sectors.

Ah! Makes sense to me. Nice job, Flynn. Your presentation is extremely useful and I wish it had been incorporated in all the official versions of Traveller.
