Agreed. Of course someone like a Priest, calling all the heathens to worship under the new gods, may qualify as a Public Speaker Profession (assuming they 'profit' from it).

Not quite. Profession does not mean"anything you profit from". Its the slightly older use of the word to mean a job which does not involve physical labour. Lawyer, Archivist, Writer, Teacher, Scribe: that sort of thing. It doesn't apply to anything you do to earn a living.
