In the Shadizar boxed set, there are a race of pseudo-serpent men. They're more of a serpent-blooded race than anything. They have blue skin and are slightly tougher than normal races.

There are some nice ideas to play with Serpent men if you nick the Cthulhu style ones with Yig............ I did and had fun - although I used the same in Buffy................

Yes, there a couple of boxed sets for cities. One is Shadizar, in Zamora, where Conan spends much of his young life in and around.

I am guestimating here, but I believe with the two 2nd ed Rle book and Return to the Road of Kings, and ALL the other books and adventures, and boxed sets, I could make two car payments.

The books I recommend are:

Core Book
Return to the Road of Kings
Hyboria's Finest, Fiercest, and the other one. Effectionately called the "F" Series.
Pirate Isles
Ruins of Hyboria
Faith and Ferver
The Free Companies.

Then the Boxed Sets

Then

Aquilonia, Shem, Stygia, Argos and Zingara, and Across Thunder River.

NICE TO HAVE BOUT OUT-OF-PRINT Road of Kings and Scrolls of Skelos. (Will never let these two go)

I am not going into Adventures

The only book I was dissapointed in is "Tito's Trading Post".

Now Conan miniatures would be nice, but I recall tha age of conan forum disappearing, and then mongoose saying recentyl they had no intention on doing such a game, and heard snippets of info like the license not covering it.
