A Thought on 'Opening Moves'

So, I'm reading through Opening Moves again and it makes for some interesting thought processes.
One of which occurred to the nasty little bugger that lives in my head was this:
At a couple of points in the adventure the Travellers are confronted with Imperial nobles whose fate are in the Travellers' hands ['bottom rail on top' and all]. I realize that it would bugger the endgame quite a bit, but I am willing to admit that Player-Character-Me would be more than a little bit tempted to put a round through Viscount Asshole's skull 'For The Good Of The Imperium'.... ESPECIALLY if there was one of the bad guys' weapons laying about.
Just puttin' that out there...

That would certainly make for an interesting war. Avoiding Zhodani raiders while wanted by the Imperium for high crimes. Fun times.
